The view from the window of Saffron. Below is the Cove, a Mediterranean restaurant. Beyond is the South China Sea, and on the outcrop of rocks is the location of 'Dinner on the Rocks', a Destination Dining location.

Imagine just sitting on the rocks, enjoying an exclusive dinner for two, accompanied by the sounds of nature with a personal waiter caring to your every need. How romantic is that?
